Primal Chef offers a variety of nutrition services to help you become healthier and reach your goals.
Nutrition Coaching
We offer in-depth nutrition consultation with a Nutritional Therapist Practitioner. Whether you are trying to lose or gain weight, recover from an illness, or just become more healthy, a combination of nutrition and lifestyle adjustments may be all you need.
These consultations are held over Google Meet and are available for people living anywhere in the world.
Initial Consultation
Duration: 60 minutes
Price: $300
Follow-up Sessions
Duration: 30 minutes
Price: $150
Weekly Text Support
Sometimes it is more helpful to be able to ask questions throughout the week rather than one follow-up. This weekly subscription will allow you to text your nutrition coach with questions, photos of product ingredients, and get faster support as you need it.
Price: $150 per week
Meal Plans
If you struggle getting started in the kitchen, but still want to cook for yourself, our meal plans are for you. We will provide you an electronic packet containing a 7 day menu, tailored to your dietary restrictions and goals. Also provided are the recipes, shopping list, and equipment suggestions to successfully make the meals.
This service requires an Initial Consultation before creating the first week's meal plan and may require Follow-Ups occasionally depending on the circumstances.
Price: $150.00 per week
+ Macro / Calorie Calculations: $75.00 per week
Kitchen Evaluation
The food and cooking equipment in your home may be harming your health. We’ll inspect your kitchen over a video call to evaluate and optimize your refrigerator, pantry, and cooking equipment for healthful eating. You will also receive our list of recommended cooking equipment, both budget and premium.
Duration: 1 hour
Price: $250
Grocery Tours
After we’ve raided your kitchen, you’ll need to go shopping! Take us along to whichever grocery store you like best and we’ll show you the tips and tricks of the various departments, so you know what and what not to buy. Available for LA locals or over video chat.

This price requires that both services are completed on the same day.
Nutrition Seminar
Primal Chef offers a fantastic two hour "Intro to Paleo" talk that is popular with gyms, office buildings, and groups of friends. With the help of hand-outs we will go over the foods to be eaten and also to be avoided with plenty of opportunities to get questions answered.
Following the seminar, we will be around for up to an hour to answer any private questions from participants.
