Salmon w/ Blueberry
Salmon topped with fresh dill and baked. Served with roasted baby kale, white rice, and a blueberry grass-fed butter sauce. Alternatively available with boneless skinless chicken thighs.
Salmon w/ Beurre Blanc
Salmon with a white wine reduction sauce, mashed sweet potatoes, and roasted greens.
Ribeye steak, roasted sweet potatoes & broccoli. Chimichurri sauce.
Beef Pot Roast
Beef chuck, carrots, onions, celery, herbs, beef stock reduction. Served with white or cauliflower rice and roasted greens.
Beef Italian Pasta
Italian tomato and beef bolognese served over choice of zucchini noodles, gluten-free pasta, or Cappello's Paleo pasta.
Pork Summer Pasta
Pulled pork with fennel and apple, roasted greens, and pesto sauce. Served over choice of zucchini noodles, gluten-free pasta, or Cappello's Paleo pasta.
Pork, Cuban Roast
Pulled pork cooked in “mojo”, served over white or cauliflower rice, caramelized onions, sauteed greens.
Lamb Curry Plate
Stewed lamb cooked in coconut curry, cooked down thick. Served with roasted broccolini, tahini, and white or cauliflower rice.
Lamb Curry Stew
Lamb stewed with carrots, onions, and celery, coconut milk, and curry spices. Served over white or cauliflower rice with fresh spinach.
Chicken Thighs, Vietnamese
Chicken with a fish sauce glaze, served with white or cauliflower rice, and roasted greens.
Chicken Thighs, Peruvian
Chicken thighs in a Peruvian marinade. Roasted and served with a simple fried rice and roasted greens.
