Beef simmered in a tomato broth with lemongrass, fish sauce, spices, carrots, and onions. Served over rice or sweet potato noodles.
Vietnamese Papaya Salad
Green papaya, carrots, cilantro, mint, roasted peanuts, beef jerky, nuoc cham fish sauce dressing.
Korean stir-fry made with sweet potato noodles, spicy pork, mixed vegetables, sesame.
Korean Short Ribs

Lamb Curry Stew
Lamb simmered in coconut milk with turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, celery, carrots, onions, and spinach.

Curried, stewed lamb shanks, cooked down thick. Served with roasted broccolini, tahini, and white rice.
