Chicken wings tossed in a spicy chili garlic sauce

American Chicken Wings (K)

Chicken wings cooked with rosemary, lemon, and garlic.

Chicken Nuggets 

Bite sized chicken pieces breaded in tapioca flour and fried in a Primal Chef approved oil. 

Pad Thai

Pork or chicken with choice of rice or sweet potato noodles with scallion, peanuts, shallots, lime and tamarind sauce

Thai Larb Salad 

Ground pork seasoned with fish sauce, chili, and lime. Served over white rice.

Vietnamese Bo Kho Stew

Beef simmered in a tomato broth with lemongrass, fish sauce, spices, carrots, and onions. Served over rice or sweet potato noodles.

Vietnamese Papaya Salad

Green papaya, carrots, cilantro, mint, roasted peanuts, beef jerky, nuoc cham fish sauce dressing.

Korean Japchae

Korean stir-fry made with sweet potato noodles, spicy pork, mixed vegetables, sesame.

Baked Salmon ​(K)

Wild salmon baked with dill, served with a blueberry-butter sauce

Beef Stew

Beef chuck roast, parsnips, carrots, onions, celery, bay leaves, salt, beef stock, oregano, thyme. Served over sauteed cabbage.

Coconut Sweet Potato Soup

Sweet potato soup, topped with crispy bacon, roasted kale and sweet potato chips.

Beef Pot Roast

Beef chuck, carrots, onions, celery, parsnip, fresh rosemary, fresh thyme, beef stock reduction.

Lamb Curry Stew (K)

Lamb simmered in coconut milk with turmeric, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, celery, carrots, onions, and spinach.

Lamb Curry Plate

Curried, stewed lamb shanks, cooked down thick. Served with roasted broccolini, tahini, and white rice.

Sweet Potato, Spinach, and Bacon Quiche

Pastured eggs, spinach, leeks, scallions, bacon, sweet potato crust

Shepherd's Pie (K)

Mashed sweet potatoes or cauliflower, celery, carrots, onions, peas ground beef, bacon. Garnished with scallion.

Pasta Dinner (K)

Italian tomato and beef bolognese served over choice of zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, gluten-free pasta, or Cappello's Paleo pasta. Also available as lasagna.

Summer Pasta (K)

Pulled pork with fennel and apple, roasted broccoli, and pesto sauce. Served over choice of zucchini noodles, spaghetti squash, gluten-free pasta, or Cappello's Paleo pasta.

Chicken Noodle Soup

Fresh chicken broth with chicken legs, herbs, spices, vegetables, and rice noodles.

Mexican Pork Ribs (K)

Pork ribs served in salsa verde

Mexican Fajitas (K)

Choice of steak or chicken mixed with peppers, onions, cilantro, and lime.

Peruvian Roasted Chicken “A La Brasa” (K)

Chicken thighs marinated in Peruvian seasonings and roasted to perfection

Cuban Roast Pork 

Pulled pork cooked in “mojo”, caramelized onions, fried plantains, cilantro lime aioli, optional black beans and rice.

Cuban Ropa Vieja (K)

Slow cooked beef in a tomato sauce with sauteed peppers and onions.


Eggplant, squash, and peppers baked into an italian tomato sauce.

Roasted Winter Vegetable Medley

A mix of squash, carrots, parsnips, and sweet potatoes roasted golden and topped with crisp bacon.

French Roast Chicken Thighs (K)

Dark meat chicken baked with roasted lemon and herbs de provence.

Braised Short Ribs: (K)

Bone-in beef ribs, browned and simmered in aromatic and flavorful juices until fork tender. Served with reduction sauce.

Cauliflower Fried Rice (K)

Riced cauliflower, carrot, onion, celery, garlic, ginger, scallion, coconut aminos, toasted sesame oil & seeds, cilantro. Choice of beef, pork, chicken, or shrimp. 

Seasonal Vegetables

Chef’s choice of fresh vegetables and cooking method (roasted, steamed, etc). Please inform us of any vegetables you DON'T prefer. Or, you may request a certain vegetable.
